**Job Title**: Jr. Store Executive

**Department**: Stores / Inventory Management
**Experience**: 1 - 2yrs
**Reports to**: Purchase Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Organize and store components (PCBs, cables, connectors, tools, etc.) as per standard procedures.
- Maintain **stock registers**, **inventory records**, and **GRN (Goods Receipt Notes)**.
- Issue materials to production and R&D departments as per requisition.
- Ensure proper **labeling, binning**, and **storage of materials** to prevent damage and loss.
- Conduct **periodic physical stock audits** and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Track **minimum stock levels**, raise alerts for replenishment.
- Handle basic ERP or inventory management systems.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)** or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in an **electronics/electrical** or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of **inventory management practices** and documentation.
- Familiar with **ERP systems**, MS Excel.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience handling **electrical/electronic components or consumables**.
- Understanding of **BOMs, part numbers**and stock traceability.
- Exposure to **ISO 9001** or similar quality systems is a plus.

**Career Path**:
Potential to grow into **Senior Store Executive**, **Inventory Controller**, or **Logistics Coordinator** roles based on performance and skills development.
