**Job Title: Store Executive**

**Location: Mainpur**

**Project: RDSS**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Store Executive for the RDSS project at Manipur. The Store Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the project's materials and inventory management.Must have experience in handling the Electrical material for the Project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all materials, tools, and equipment in the store.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize losses and theft.
- Procurement:

- Coordinate with procurement department to ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Storage and Organization:

- Organize the storage of materials in the store to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Implement proper labeling and categorization of items for efficient inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the storage area.
- Issuance and Distribution:

- Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel as per project requirements.
- Maintain records of materials issued and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and material usage.
- Maintain documentation related to receipts, issuances, and stock adjustments.
- Provide periodic updates to project management on store operations and inventory status.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience:

- **Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in handling the electrical material.**:

- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, procurement, and warehouse operations.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to storage and handling of materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
