**Position: Store Executive**

**Location: Howrah**

**Company - Engineering Company**

**Reporting To: Store Manager / Operations Manager**

**Job Summary**:
The Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth store functioning. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle store logistics effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory transactions.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock procurement.

**2. Store Operations**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Monitor expiry dates and manage FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) processes as needed.

**3. Sales & Customer Service (If applicable)**:

- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

**4. Coordination & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, and finance.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Analyze stock movement and suggest improvements for optimization.

**5. Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all goods are stored as per safety regulations.
- Adhere to company policies, including security and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and guidelines related to store operations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping.
- Proficiency in ERP software or inventory management systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in store management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Experience with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
