**Role & Responsibilities - Stores Executive**
- **Education**: Diploma in Material Management (Must)
- **Material Procurement & Planning**: Source, procure, and plan purchases based on project needs and inventory levels.
- **Inventory Control & Store Keeping**: Manage and monitor inventory, ensure proper stock levels, and organize store layout for efficient access.
- **Stock Taking & Record Keeping**: Perform regular stock audits, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- **Material Requirement Planning**: Coordinate with production and purchase teams to ensure availability of required materials.
- **Vendor Development & Coordination**: Identify and engage with vendors, negotiate terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- **Procurement Operations**: Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-efficiency.
- **Job Location**: Kolkata
- **Experience**: 4-7 years of experience in material procurement, inventory management, or store keeping.
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Note**:Opencast Mining experience gets first preference**
