**Position Summary**: The Store and Logistics Executive will oversee the daily operations of the store and logistics functions, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall operational excellence. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of service and product availability for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely deliveries.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- **Packing Products**: Efficiently pack items into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled for shipping.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from damage.
- **Labeling**: Accurately print and affix shipping labels, ensuring that all necessary documentation is included.
- **Supplier Interaction**: Liaise with suppliers to manage orders, resolve discrepancies in inward materials, and negotiate favorable terms with transporters for outward movement of materials.
- **Store Operations**: Assist in the organization and presentation and maintenance of the store & keep a clean and organized packing area
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, to ensure seamless operations.
- **Reporting**: Maintain and present regular reports on inventory levels, logistics performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in store management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Google Sheets & G Mail.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
