**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize the Director of Sales' calendar — including internal and client meetings, travel, and events.
- Coordinate communications between the Director and internal departments.
- Provide administrative support to the Director in daily office operations.
- Track and follow up on key initiatives, project timelines, and tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards as needed.
- Assist with documentation, file organization, and mail handling.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Word
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Discretion in handling confidential information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
