**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document and track support cases, including resolution steps and customer communication.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the support team.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide training and assistance to customers on product usage and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and support tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) is desirable.
