**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and developing business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
- Engage with potential customers to explain product/service offerings and schedule meetings.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships included).
- Basic understanding of B2B and B2C sales models, cold calling techniques, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in initiating conversations and handling client objections.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
