Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
**o** Identify and acquire new clients by actively prospecting and networking within the industry.

**o** Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.

2. Sales Management: o Promote the company's event management services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

**o** Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:
**o** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

**o** Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and ensure exceptional service delivery.

4. Market Research:
**o** Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify potential leads.

**o**Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine services and strategies. 5. Target Achievement:
**o** Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

**o** Track and report on sales performance and pipeline development regularly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
