**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage general administrative duties including correspondence, record keeping, filing, and documentation.
- Support academic and non-academic operations, including scheduling classes, managing attendance, and coordinating with faculty and students.
- Handle front-desk operations—responding to inquiries, welcoming visitors, and addressing student/parent concerns.
- Assist in event planning, admissions, examinations, and other institutional activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure in proper working order.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official communications as required.
- Support HR and accounts teams with documentation, payroll coordination, and staff attendance when needed.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain confidentiality of all administrative data.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles within the education industry (school, college, or training institute).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic ERP or student management systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to institutional values.
