**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Record receipts and reconcile payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records of billing and transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting related to billing and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in billing and receipt processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
