The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting various accounting and compliance tasks, including aspects of import and export documentation. Key Responsibilities - Invoice Management: Handle sales and purchase invoice booking accurately and efficiently. - Cash & Bank Operations: Process bank receipts and payments diligently. - Reconciliations: Perform regular ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. - Expense Management: Ensure timely and accurate booking of all expenses. - Banking Correspondence: Manage banking correspondence effectively. - Import & Export Documents: Assist in preparing import & export documents. - Tax Knowledge: Possess working knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax). - Document Filing: Maintain organized and efficient filling of documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes. Key Skills - Bank Receipt processing - Account Payable management - Account reconciliation - Sales Invoice booking - Purchase Invoice booking - Expense booking - Basic knowledge of TDS and GST - Import & Export documentation support - Strong organizational skills - Attention to detail
