**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar field
- Post Graduate in Quantity Survey (preferred)
- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Prior experience working in Turnkey/fit out industry would be an added advantage.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Software skills include Microsoft excel, AutoCad, MS Office,MSP.

**KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Project Co-ordination & Management.
- Attend Project Meeting with Client & Architect.
- Project Co-ordination with Project Manager and Site Engineer.
- Managing Projects as assigned and organizing teams to assist.
- Assisting Billing Team with documentation for invoice.
- Assisting Billing team for all co-ordination.
- Preparing Bills of Projects and Solving problems related to it.
- Legal Documentation for billing work.
- Co-ordination with Accounts Department.
- Basic knowledge on Materials for various packages.
- Preparing Handing over Document for the Techno Commercial Closure of the Projects.

**This is a key position for the organization, and the person will spearhead the Dev & Associates thrust in the market to create and capitalize on visible and evolving partnership and distribution opportunities**
