**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage and mentor the sales & marketing team
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, and consultants
- Identify and develop new market segments and distribution channels
- Oversee marketing, branding, pricing, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with product/engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in **B2B industrial/electrical product sales**:

- Prior exposure to **wires, cables, busbars, switchgear, or electrical insulation** is highly preferred
- Diploma/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and general reporting
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate; must be available for **onsite work**

- Electrical Equipment Manufacturing
- Cable/Wire Industry
- Switchgear, Insulation, or Electrical Accessories

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
