
Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quotes and Invoices**: Leverage your experience to generate precise quotes and invoices, explaining costs to customers and managing payment discussions professionally.
**Appointment Management**: Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and shop capacity, ensuring seamless scheduling and adherence to customer timelines.
**Customer Satisfaction**: Address customer concerns efficiently, follow up on outstanding issues, and ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the customer experience.
**Coordination with Technicians**: Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, providing service updates and expected completion times.
**Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, quotes, invoices, and service agreements to ensure accurate follow-up.
**Shift Coordination**: Work exclusively during US-based night hours to provide timely support for our clients.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum 5 years in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
**Skills**:Advanced skills in preparing quotes, managing invoices, and working with accounting software.
**Communication**:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to explain services and pricing clearly.
**Tech-Savvy**:Proficient in CRM systems, invoicing software, and appointment management tools.
**Availability**:Ability to work night shifts (US timings).
**Problem-Solving**:Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Industry Knowledge**:In-depth understanding of automotive repair services.
Customer-Oriented: Professional, customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
