**Position Overview**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Eligibility Assessment**: Evaluate applicants' intentions, financial standing, travel history, and supporting documentation to determine visa eligibility.
- **Interviews and Investigations**: Conduct interviews to assess applicant credibility and detect inconsistencies or potential fraud.
- **Security and Background Checks**: Coordinate with security and intelligence agencies to perform background verifications as required.
- **Decision-Making**: Approve, deny, or refer complex cases to senior officers or supervisors, documenting reasons clearly and accurately.
- **Customer Service**: Respond professionally to inquiries from applicants and provide guidance on visa requirements and procedures.
- **Policy Compliance**: Ensure adherence to national immigration laws, international obligations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Contribute to monthly reporting on visa statistics, trends, fraud patterns, and operational challenges.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in consular services, immigration, or government administration.
- Familiarity with immigration law, visa classifications, and consular protocols.
- Strong judgment, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in relevant case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Language proficiency may be required depending on the post.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
