**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and visa processes.
- Assist students in shortlisting suitable programs and institutions based on academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Stay updated on immigration and visa regulations of countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
- Conduct mock interviews and train students for visa interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, embassies, and education partners.
- Achieve individual and team targets related to student admissions and visa success rates.
- Maintain proper records of students’ data, progress, and case files.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and workshops.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel students and provide career guidance.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle student queries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or visa consultancy is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of multiple study-abroad destinations is an advantage.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with occasional travel to education fairs, seminars, and embassy meetings.
- May require flexible working hours during peak admission seasons.

Pay: ₹10,753.71 - ₹25,999.00 per month
