- Willingness to prepare models up to **LOD 500** (which represents highly detailed and accurate models) and **3D up to 7D** (which includes additional data beyond geometry).
- **BIM Environment Experience**:

- Experience working in an **Architecture/Civil BIM Modeller environment**.
- Thorough knowledge of **preparing families** (custom components used in BIM models).
- **Client Interaction**:

- Capable of attending **online meetings** with clients from various countries.
- **International Codes**:

- Familiarity with **different country codes** related to architectural and civil engineering standards.
