As a Junior Architect, you will contribute to the design and execution of architectural solution. Your role will involve collaborating with project teams, ensuring compliance with building codes, and assisting in project management. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Assist in developing architectural designs, including schematic drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
- **Code Compliance**: Ensure that designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- **Construction Documentation**: Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and material schedules.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address design issues, and verify compliance.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during project execution.
- **3D Modeling**: Create 3D models and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- **Materials Research**: Research and recommend construction materials based on durability, cost, and sustainability.
- **Project Administration**: Assist in project administration tasks, such as budget tracking and timeline management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in architecture, construction, or project management are advantageous.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Software Proficiency**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.

**Construction Knowledge**:

- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Knowledge of structural systems and building systems integration.

**Communication Skills**:

- Ability to convey design ideas clearly through drawings and presentations.
- Effective communication with project teams and clients.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
