**Lop Studio**, located in Kochi, is seeking talented and enthusiastic Junior Architects with a creative mind and an eye for detail to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and planning architectural projects, creating drawings and models, conducting research, and collaborating with senior architects and clients to develop project specifications.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the design and planning of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects.

Create detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion.

Conduct research on architectural trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions.

Assist in the preparation of project presentations and client meetings.

Participate in site visits and surveys to gather information for project development.

Support the coordination of consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in architecture and design.

Utilize knowledge of D5 Render software to enhance project visualization (advantageous but not required).

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch preferred).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion.

Strong creative and design skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Prior experience or internships in an architectural firm is advantageous.

Knowledge of D5 Render software is an advantage.

Passion for architecture and a desire to contribute to impactful projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
