**Junior Architect**

As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and design team to contribute to the creation of exceptional architectural designs. You will be involved in all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and design team members on various projects.
- Assist in developing design concepts and presentations.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Generate renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- Support project managers in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in site visits and inspections during the construction phase.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, etc.
- Strong design sensibility and ability to generate creative ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Grasp on English language as means of primary communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for architecture and design.
