Bim Trainee

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **BIM Trainees**. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with a strong interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to learn and develop their skills in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. As a BIM Trainee, you will be working closely with experienced BIM professionals in the MEP Department, assisting in the creation, management, and coordination of BIM models for various construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar software.
- Support the BIM team in creating detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and incorporate them into BIM models.
- Assist in the coordination and clash detection processes to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Participate in project meetings and help with the preparation of project documentation and BIM reports.
- Assist in updating models during various project stages to reflect as-built conditions.
- Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software (Training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the BIM field.
