**Job Summary**:
The Costing Assistant is responsible for supporting the costing and financial analysis activities of the organization. This includes collecting cost data, preparing cost sheets, analyzing cost variances, and assisting in budgeting and inventory valuation. The role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy to support effective decision-making and cost control measures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing product cost sheets based on raw material consumption, labor, overheads, and other cost components.
- Collect and compile data from various departments (production, purchase, stores, etc.) to support cost analysis.
- Maintain cost records for different products, batches, or processes.
- Help monitor and analyze cost variances against budgets or standards.
- Support inventory valuation and reconciliation of stock data.
- Assist in preparing reports for management on cost trends, profitability, and margin analysis.
- Update and maintain databases related to raw material rates, labor costs, and other inputs.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasting cost expenditures.
- Coordinate with the finance and production teams to ensure cost data is accurate and timely.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by senior management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
