**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyse costing for all railway tenders.
- Review BOQ, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Support management during tender submissions with detailed cost sheets and justifications.
- Maintain contractor payment records, track work completion, and verify bills against BOQ/agreements.
- Coordinate with site teams to validate measurement books and ensure timely processing of contractor payments.
- Follow up with contractors/vendors regarding pending payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor project expenses and highlight variances from approved budgets.
- Prepare cost reports and MIS for management review.
- Assist in financial planning and cash flow management for railway projects.
- Liaise with internal teams (site, accounts, purchase) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, railway guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management related to costing, contracts, or accounts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
