SCM Executive(Production Planning, Inventory Management & Distribution Management) - JD

Reporting To: SCM - Head

**Responsibilities**:

- **Production planning**: Predicting future demand for products SKU wise based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors(Manpower/ Machinery and holidays).
- **Resource Allocation**: Determining the necessary resources including manpower in coordination with HR and Production, raw materials, machinery performance condition and finances required to meet the forecasted demand.
- **Inventory Management**: Balancing inventory levels to meet demand without excessive surplus or shortages, which involves minimizing carrying costs and the risk of stockouts.
- Manage warehousing and storage facilities, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Manage FG warehouse inventory movement for effective space utilization and perform physical stock audit.
- Being able to adjust plans in response to changes in demand, resource availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the distribution process to ensure smooth and timely flow of goods from the point of origin to the point of consumption
- Processing customer orders SKU wise accurately and efficiently, from order receipt to delivery and ensure e-way bill are processed before dispatch.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives.
- Implement systems and technologies to streamline distribution processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to distribution and logistics.
- Knowledge in Tally(Not mandatory)
- Below 35Years

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5years of experience in production planning and distribution management or logistics,proficient in inventory management with a proven track record of success in production planning, inventory management and optimizing distribution operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
