**Job Title: Junior QC Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Junior QC Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the quality control processes within the organization. You will work closely with senior QC executives and production teams to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Your role will involve performing various quality control tests, analyzing data, and reporting findings to management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting quality control tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Perform visual inspections and measurements of products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Record and analyze quality data using statistical methods and quality management software.
- Assist in investigating quality issues and non-conformities, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for quality control activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and compliance records.
- Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in internal audits and quality reviews to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
