**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and inspect production lines at each stage (sorting, processing, coloring, drying, packing, etc.).
- Ensure quality standards are met for raw hair, processed hair, and final packed goods.
- Identify quality issues or deviations and report immediately to the QC Manager or Production Supervisor.
- Prepare and maintain daily quality inspection reports and summaries.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure continuous improvement and quality compliance.
- Maintain proper records of accepted/rejected batches with reasons.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols in the workplace.
- Provide regular feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Any graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the hair or similar production industry.
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain records in MS Excel or written logs.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and committed to quality assurance.

**Note**: On-the-job training will be provided to understand the company’s quality benchmarks and production process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
