**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Transportation Management**: Plan, coordinate, and monitor outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
**Carrier Coordination**: Liaise with transportation service providers, negotiate contracts/rates, and ensure optimal performance.
**Route Optimization**: Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
**Shipment Tracking & Monitoring**: Track deliveries in real-time and resolve transportation issues proactively.
**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies.
**Cost Control**: Monitor logistics expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance transportation efficiency.

**Performance Analysis**: Analyze transportation data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
**Customer Service**: Ensure on-time deliveries and proactively handle transportation-related concerns.
**Technology Utilization**: Utilize logistics software, tracking systems, and ERP to improve operational efficiency.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
✔ **Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations**
✔ **Experience in contract negotiations with transport service providers**
✔ **Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills**
✔ **Effective communication and interpersonal skills**

**Experience**:
✔ **5 to 12 years** of experience in **logistics, transportation, or supply chain management**
