- Key missions of the position:

- Responsibilities
- Takes full responsibility within scope of the position and/or materials or projects managed to work with various cross-functional groups (such as Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, suppliers) to proactively and collaboratively resolve issues that may block the timely flow of materials or projects
- Order processing in a timely & effective manner
- OTIF and OTP Management
- Demonstrate effective communication (both written and verbal), high levels of motivation and leadership
- Support specific initiatives in their development of new parts
- Assist in completion and setup of new part numbers
- Maintain catalogs of the assigned group/class commitments for both personal education and to assist branch personnel and co-workers
- Maintain current product prices, for both the product cost and the product resale, and send correct pricing to the Customer Data Center
- Mange the end-to-end supplier on-boarding process from SCM prospect
- Customer demand management and maintain customer score cards
- Material Resource Planning as per the Forecast and Firm Customer Orders
- Material Inward Planning as per the Production Demand
- Supply Planning of FG based on the customer requirement dates
- Lead the monthly S&OP process involving all the relevant stakeholders starting with demand finalization, supply-demand balancing and the executive S&OP review meeting
- Share responsibility of reduction in non-working inventory through pro-active alerts and information flow and effective liquidation push
- Ensure relevant data integrity in line with corporate guidelines and policies
- Review statistical demand forecast w.r.t actual sales and publishing the monthly Dash boards
- Understand the internal & external drivers of sales of commodities assigned and use that to improve the quality of RM resource planning
- Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, management or Engineering in any related field from an accredited four-year university or college
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in an operations role and a minimum of five years in a management or leadership capacity
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
- Highly motivated person who is passionate about collaborating with others to drive business results and can motivate others to do the same to improve the organization
- A team player who is open-minded, proactive, and process driven
- Proven experience influencing teams without direct management responsibilities
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills

- Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines
