Key missions of the position:
To take complete ownership of assigned project’s Total cost of ownership (TCO), drive and improve project contract margin by ensuring on time delivery

Define procurement plan for ToT projects and ensure that right inventory is maintained through out the project life cycle
- Responsibilities- Work as Supply Chain SPOC (Single point of contact) for all ToT Projects.-
- Own the material stream (Order management and scheduling) and product delivery as per ToT development requirements and ensure it is part of SIOP & DMP.-
- Track firm and forecast orders for CoE projects.-
- Prepare heatmap, work closely with project buyers/procurement buyers to place Supplier POs, ensure on-time delivery (OTD) for carry over parts.-
- Co-ordinate with PPC (Production Planning team) to release MO, feed the material to assembly line and ensure completion as per project timelines.-
- Ensure timely logistic of parts / product export for validation-
- Ensure smooth transition of ToT projects to customer projects and meet their requirements-
- Support and implement SCM protocols in ToT project execution-
- Support and identify the risk for carry over parts in advance and indicate to project managers & CFT-
- Participate in weekly / monthly calls with SISCO sites and update the progress of ToT projects to the team-
- Ensure all ERP parameters like MBOM, process routing, supplier LT, MOQ etc are reviewed during the very beginning of the Project.-
- Circulate internal Dashboard on weekly basis to all stake holders.-
- Conduct regular meetings with cross function team comprising Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Sourcing Team, Process Engineering to align the supply chain strategies in line with the tender timelines.-
- Identify and drive Margin Improvement Programs (MIP) on regular basis for improving project performance.-
- Ensure necessary materials are available for timely retro fitment and warranty replacements needed for the project on-time- People Management: No

- Professional Experience : Minimum 6-7 Yrs. experience in procurement. Fair Knowledge of Material Planning, Production Planning, Imports / Exports and WH operations.
