We are expanding our inside sales team and seeking enthusiastic and confident **male telecallers** for our **Hyderabad office**.

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring **on-site Telecaller Sales Executives (Male Only)** who can handle outbound calling, explain our services, convert leads into sales, and contribute to business growth. This role is purely office-based.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly and confidently.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments/sales.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle queries and resolve customer objections efficiently.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: 0 to 3 years in telecalling / telesales / inside sales
- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
- **Location**: Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
- **Languages**: Fluency in **English and Hindi** (Telugu is a plus)

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales

Pay: ₹10,883.69 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
