Role & Responsibilities:

- Working in close collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Acquiring in depth knowledge of company products & services.5
- Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy while adhering to timelines.
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
- Keeping clients updated on unforeseen delays or problems.
- Analysing the sales performance metrics & other KPIs.
- Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Performing administrative tasks as and when needed.
- Preparing and presenting a sales report to management.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the industry.
- Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

**Salary**: ₹12,649.02 - ₹21,279.18 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
