- Job Description
- Coordinating regularly and effectively with all Export customers regarding their Orders
- Processing Purchase Order and preparing Order Acceptance in ERP
- Coordinating with Production team on regular basis
- Ensure all Export Orders are processed on time
- Ensure all Export customers receive Order Acceptance consisting of complete product, commercial, project & shipping information.
- Keep track of Export shipping plan and ensure orders are shipped on time
- Ensure customer requirements and understood and communicate internally
- Send quotations to customers
- Expedite urgent and critical orders internally
- Coordinate and work together with logistics group for smooth shipping of orders
- Coordinate and work together with purchase department for Imported & trading products
- Address customer complaints effectively
- Review LC’S & Contracts
