Job Overview:
MarknStamp is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender & Sales Data Coordinator to manage product registrations on national and international government e-marketplaces (such as GEM) and equivalent platforms worldwide. This individual will be responsible for tracking tenders, scouting sales data from various sources, and coordinating with the sales team to provide actionable insights and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Registration:
Register MarknStamp products on GEM and other equivalent e-marketplaces worldwide.
- Tender Management:
Monitor and track applied tenders, ensuring timely updates and compliance with tender requirements.
- Data Scouting & Lead Generation:
Scout relevant sales data from various websites and platforms, providing leads to the sales team.
- Sales Coordination:
Collaborate with the sales team, supplying relevant databases and leads to support decision-making.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of tender submissions, product registrations, and sales data, providing periodic reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
3-5 years of strong experience in tender management, e-marketplace registrations, or sales support roles.

**Skills**:Strong research and data-gathering abilities.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with government e-marketplaces (GEM) and international tender portals is a plus.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
