**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve organizational goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in our social media strategy.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in social media, and propose innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize budget allocation based on performance metrics and campaign objectives.
- Monitor online conversations and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
