Social Media Strategist


We are seeking a Social Media Strategist who will shape and elevate the clients brand presence across social platforms through strategic, data-informed planning.

This role extends beyond content creation it's about understanding the audience, creative storytelling, and optimizing performance across social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities -

- Develop comprehensive social-first strategies aligned with client goalsbrand awareness, engagement, conversions, or multi-platform storytelling.

- Plan and schedule high-impact content across platforms, working with the different in-house teams.

- Partner with creative, account, and media teams to ensure messaging coherence and campaign integration.

- Monitor and analyze metrics, engagement, ROI, conversions, and create insightful reports with actionable recommendations.

- Identify and coordinate with influencers, manage outreach and contracts, and amplify campaigns through partnerships.

- Plan, execute, and optimize social campaigns with clear budgets, targeting, and performance tracking.

- Stay current with platform changes, digital trends, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and competitive.

- Respond to follower comments and messages, fostering a positive brand voice and engagement.

- Educate clients or internal teams on emerging social media strategies and best practices.


Required -

- 3-6 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally within ad agencies, digital marketing, or related environments.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant fieldor equivalent portfolio experience.

- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, plus analytics platforms (GA, native insights).

- Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, X, and emerging networks.

- Excellent written/verbal communication, creativity, adaptability, time management, and collaboration.
