- Taking escalation calls that were unresolved by the Inbound, agent & providing solutions.- Replying to customer's queries/complaints on all social media.
- Resolves customer query / Complaints / problems and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problem

**Required Skills**:
- Excellent in English Communication & Writing.- Minimum 1 Year customer service (Chat Process.)Has Great written Communication skills (Grammatically correct).- Multitasks Effectively (Writing, thinking, search
