**Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Human Capital Operations Assistant to be based at our Mumbai Office **

**The Opportunity**

The Human Capital Operations Assistant will provide administrative support to the India and KSA HC team

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HC division to ensure that all relevant administrative work is dealt with appropriately and in a confidential manner.
- This will include Induction scheduling, maintaining records, hiring approvals and filing systems
- Processing insurance and other benefits additional/deletion requests. Reviewing the same at year end reconciliation.
- Supporting HLA files prep and payroll input where needed.
- Maintaining various internal trackers (NSL, vacation, sick leaves, exits etc.)
- Issuing salary/employment letters and pay slips
- Assistance during audits

**Who we think would be perfect for this role..**

**Experience required**
- 1 - 2 years’ experience at working in a similar role.
- Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment is a plus
- Experience working with excel will be beneficial

- Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail

**Technical skills**
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
