Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business success. About the Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives, ensuring maximum impact and minimal disruption.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of candidates.
  • Support current and future business needs through effective talent management, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Nurture a culture of high performance, accountability, and transparency.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives results-oriented growth.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance.
  • Assess training needs and apply training programs that drive skill development and knowledge transfer.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, mitigating risks and maintaining regulatory adherence.

Requirements
