Job Title: Human Capital Strategist

 

Job Description:

The Human Capital Strategist is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for designing and implementing people strategies that support and align with business objectives. This involves collaborating closely with leadership to develop and implement workforce plans that drive business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes and manage talent pipelines to attract, retain, and develop high-quality talent.
  • Performance Management: Implement and support performance management systems that promote continuous feedback, development, and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR operations and maintain compliance with labor laws and industrial relations practices, particularly in blue-collar workforce environments.
