Job Title: Customer Support Executive
**Roles and Responsibilities**

Support ongoing customer retention activities, including researching what may be the root cause of a customer issue or problem
- Assist with queries and end-to-end resolution relating to product licensing, activisation, upgrades, renewals and customer portal
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking extra mile. Resolve product or service problems; expediting corrections or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution.

**Qualifications**

Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills.
Must have excellent English communication skills.
Experience in international BPO, Hotel, Cabin crew or Aviation industry (Minimum 1 year)
A degree in B.E or B.tech is welcomed.
Must be comfortable in voice process and sales.
Must be graduated.
Comfortable with Rotational shifts and 6 days working.
Age must be below 30 years.

Night shift allowance would be given for night shift.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
