**Job Title **:Customer Support Voice Process
Minimum 1 year Experience
6 days working
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer concerns.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service quality by providing feedback and suggestions.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a voice process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
