- Maintain accurate records of delivery statuses, shipments, and route changes.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in troubleshooting logístical problems and finding effective solutions.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status.
