**Job Title: US First Party Collections Agent**

**Job Location: Virar to Dadar & Thane (One-Way Transportation Provided)**

**Job Overview**: We are excited to announce that we are hiring for the US 1st Party Collection Process As a First Party Collections Agent, you will be responsible for collecting due payments while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct calls to collect payments and resolve outstanding balances
- Provide high-quality customer service while adhering to company policies
- Meet monthly collection targets and maintain quality standards
- Effectively manage stress and work in a challenging environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall team objectives

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: HSC/Graduates and above
- **Experience**: BPO experience preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply
- SSC with 1-year international BPO voice experience is also eligible
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Ability to manage stress effectively
- **Age Limit**: Up to 39 years

**Salary and Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹32,000 per month
- **Incentives**:

- ₹2,000 Performance Bonus
- ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus
- **Work Schedule**:

- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM (rotational 9-hour shifts)
- Week Off: 2 rotational offs
- **Transportation**: One-way transportation from 12 am - 6 am, depending on shift timings

**Interview Process**:

- HR Interview
- Pre-Ops & Language Assessment
- Final Operations Round
