HDB Collection (HDB Payroll)

We are seeking individuals for the role of HDB Collection (HDB Payroll) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position involves managing HDB collections efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle HDB collections in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
- Adhere to the prescribed process for HDB payroll collection.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all collection activities.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards during interactions with clients.

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English communication.

**Salary**:

- CTC (Cost to Company): ₹18,000
- In-hand Salary: ₹14,500

**Incentives**:

- Incentives ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹12,000 based on performance.

**Training**:

- 7 days of comprehensive training will be provided.
- Training begins on Day 1 of employment.
- Salary starts from Day 1.

Days Off:

- 2 Sundays off per month.
- 2 rotational days off per month.
