**Location**: Aundh, Pune

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Hours**: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
**Weekly Off**: One weekday off
**Compensation**: ₹13,000 - ₹22,000 per month + Performance-based incentives

Avanti Skin Clinic is a leading aesthetics and skincare clinic in Pune, dedicated to providing personalized skincare solutions. We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Counsellor** to join our team and help clients choose the best treatments for their needs while contributing to the clinic's growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Client Engagement**: Interact with clients to understand their skincare concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
- **Sales & Consultations**: Guide clients through our services, explain treatment options, and close sales effectively.
- **Coordination with Medical Team**: Communicate client requirements to the doctors and assist in designing customized treatment plans.
- **Follow-ups & Relationship Management**: Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and appointment reminders.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the clinic at workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate leads.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for performance tracking.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years in sales, customer counselling, or a related role in the aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness industry.
- **Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi preferred).
- Excellent persuasion and sales closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good presentation and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a client-first approach.
- Willingness to travel for events and exhibitions.
