Job Description:
- Coordinate and comply with Regional Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.
- Identify and manage new sales opportunities in Dental Clinics, Institutions (College & Hospitals) and Resellers, record them on CRM and actively work on its conversion for new business addition.
- Execute sales and marketing campaign and tactics defined by Sales Supervisor and Marketing Team to drive overall and category sales growth in the assigned area.
- Focus on self and team development by leveraging market intelligence, product and sales training and skill development programs.
- Coach, train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate team-members and take corrective action as necessary to improve overall team performance and retention.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business and improve penetration of existing products and introduction of new products.
- Work closely with Clinical Specialists and Scientific Affairs & Education team to leverage customer engagement for competitive advantage and sales development. Actively plan and participate in customer trainings and educational workshops and take ownership of Program effectiveness and future results.
- Provide timely feedback to the Supervisor regarding their sales performance of team, competitive activities and Key Account internal changes/ development.
- Track, monitor and address the sales operations related issues of Sales Executive team, individually and with help of RSM.
- Ensure team’s minimum number of customer calls, regular opportunity update & management and customer programs to generate demand as per daily/ weekly/ monthly plan.
