- Oversee the academic curriculum and ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes.

**Administration and Operations**:

- Ensure smooth functioning of daily school operations, infrastructure, safety, and discipline.
- Monitor compliance with education board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/Cambridge/IB as applicable).
- Manage staff recruitment, evaluation, training, and development in coordination with HR.
- Prepare budgets, oversee financial management, and ensure resource optimization.

**Student and Parent Engagement**:

- Build a positive and inclusive school culture for students’ emotional and social well-being.
- Maintain open, constructive communication with parents and address concerns effectively.
- Promote student leadership, co-curricular programs, and participation in competitions/events.

**Stakeholder and Community Engagement**:

- Represent the school in public forums, educational events, and community programs.
- Strengthen partnerships with educational bodies, vendors, and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field (M.Ed./B.Ed. mandatory).
- 10+ years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role (e.g., Principal, Vice-Principal, Academic Coordinator).
- Proven experience in managing a K-12 school; experience with international curriculum is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Tech-savvy with a progressive mindset and student-centered approach.
