Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal in Nashik, MH. The Principal will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the school. This includes curriculum development, educational leadership, communication, and overseeing the middle school. The Principal will also be involved in setting up educational institutes, school management, branding/marketing, recruitment, training, and statutory compliance.

**Skills**:

- Leadership, strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to engage academic staff
- Prioritization, planning and organization skills. Works collaboratively with other educators to integrate educational initiatives and resources. Should be able to help enhancing school's image in society
- Incumbent should be an experienced and tech savvy person preferably working in a similar position in a renowned School

**Qualifications**:

- Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in middle school education
- Strong understanding of educational practices and trends
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Experience in setting up and managing schools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
- Knowledge of international education standards and boards is a plus

**Experience**:

- Should have experience of working as Principal of a K-12 CBSE School
- Should be well versed with Marathi
