- **Curriculum and Instruction**:

- Oversee the development and delivery of a rigorous and engaging alternative curriculum.
- Support teachers in implementing project-based, experiential, and student-cantered learning strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate instructional practices to ensure high-quality education.
- **Student and Community Engagement**:

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being and academic success.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.
- Encourage parent and community involvement in school activities and decision-making processes.
- **Staff Development and Management**:

- Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff committed to the school’s mission and values.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support staff in their professional growth.

**- Operational Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the school, including budget management, facilities, and

resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the school’s mission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
